Rainy Sunday à Montmartre
Every Sunday we used to buy a roast chicken.
This is an opportunity for a stroll in the streets of Montmartre.
Today is a rainy day but everyone goes out to prepare the traditionnal Sunday meal.
Despite the rain, the musicians are there, the terraces of cafes are full. Every one is waiting to buy the best bread, la baguette de Paris!
Pie or cake
How to do traditionnal french fried potatoes?
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into 4 or 6 pieces.
Dry them well in a towel
Heat a mixture of butter and oil in a frying pan
When the mixture stop "singing", put the potatoes into the pan.
Cover and shake regularly so that potatoes don't burn
